BLAST TO THE PAST: NIST Alumni Reunion

On Saturday13 November 2010, the NIST Alumni Association (NISTAA) hosted its annual reunion by taking a River Sun Cruise, Chaophraya River to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the Class of 2000. Over 80 alumni joined in the fun filled event, about thirty of whom were from the Class of 2000 with many flying in especially for the occasion.

The reunion evoked a sense of nostalgia, was filled with great spirit and a reigniting of the strong bond that exists amongst NIST alumni regardless of where they live.

Other participants joined in the evening were Mr. Keith B. Wecker, NIST Former Principal and guest speaker for the night, Mr. Simon Leslie, NIST Headmaster and NISTAA President, Mr. Adrian Watts, NIST Deputy Head and Director of Academic Studies, Mr. Barry Wells, Mr. Simon Millward and Kru Prapatsorn Charoensuk.
