STARRY NIGHT – A Magnificent
Showcase of NIST Spirit, Diversity and Giving
On Friday 10 December 2010,
the NIST community came together in a magical way to
celebrate the end of the semester at the Starry
Night event, organized by the NIST Parent Teacher
Association (NIPTA).
Drawing over 1,000 attendees, the NIST campus
bustled with festive activities and first-rate
entertainment including student and teacher
performances, games and a colourful market bazaar
organized by country groups. The excellent buffet
dinner was enjoyed by all, and there was something
for everyone – from jewellery, silk and toys to
home-baked cookies and treats. All in all an
unforgettable night!
