NIST is an exceptional school and an even better place to work. NIST offers an international curriculum IBDP, IBMYP and IBPYP. The student population is approximately 1450 students, aged 3-18 years, and is drawn from 55 nationalities.

SUNY One of the many reasons for working at NIST include the chance to be involved with a Master's of Education program which is organized through Buffalo State College (State University of New York) SUNY.

Technician, IT Entry Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in computer or related field
• Male or Female age between 22-35 years old.
• Experiences 0-2 years in IT Support.
• Excellent communication of English, self learning, good communication skill, customer centric, service-minded and positive thinking.

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out duties assigned by the Assistant Systems Manager / IT Manager.
  2. Install computers and peripheral devices. Setup operating system and application software.
  3. Configure the computers to access the local network. Carry out duty on the absence of other Computer Technician.
  4. Support users in the use of the school computer systems and standard applications.
  5. Perform routine maintenance procedures. Diagnose and repair hardware and software to a proficient level.
  6. To ensure all the computers and peripheral devices are in a suitable working order and that the software as specified by School is available.
  7. Provide maintenance throughout the day to ensure the computers and services a re available to staffs and students.
  8. Maintain and repair computers and peripheral devices in suitable working order. Troubleshoot problems and questions encountered by staff members.
  9. To prepare tablets/notebooks/computers for new academic year.
  10. Oversee that computer hardware and software are maintained to an acceptable level.

Security Liaison Officer Entry Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Male age between 20-35 years old.
• Diploma or higher in Safety or related field
• Experience in School Security Liaison would be an advantaged.
• Good command of English, service minded, good leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to working in shifts and overtime

Overall Role
  • Liaise with sub-contractor day and night shift guards, teachers, parents, students, staff and visitors in response to post standing orders and school rules and regulations.
  • Assume responsibility for day-to-day routine tasks with sub-contracted security guards at the main entrance, security post, and in the event that the telephone operator is absent, assume responsibility for the operation of telephone switchboard.
  • Oversee and report any accident that in view of security liaison needs attention from school senior management e.g. strangers, prospective students, use of sport facilities after school hours, and damage or potential threat to facilities.
Responsibilities
  1. Watch over the kindergarten students brought by parents directing them into the Campus.
  2. Open and close the gate when class is over to allow Montri buses to pick up children and exit the Campus.
  3. Communicate with the teachers regarding special activity to prevent any possible harm or danger to the children.
  4. Do a body search of support staff on leaving the Campus to prevent school property being taken out.
  5. Record in and out of school and personal property brought into the school and approved by the proper school authority.
  6. Check all vehicles entering/leaving the Campus to ensure that no school property is removed or illicit materials brought into the Campus.
  7. Be on duty at the front gate to help and advise parents and visitors with campus directions, checking IDs, and generally keeping people out whom we don't want on campus.
  8. Handle and direct visitors entering the Campus and take their ID card in exchange for a visitor badge.
  9. Remind and hand over notice paper to parents not wearing the yellow card (Entry/exit Card) at all times whenever entering the Campus to take their students out of the school, also students who go home alone shall wear red card (Unaccompanied Card).
  10. Work with the police, security and drivers to keep the car park and Soi park working/flowing.
  11. Check perimeter fences and report repair issues.
  12. Check CCTV system and make sure the system is operating correctly.
  13. Keep apart the School Logbook and personal Logbook.
  14. Be at the guardhouse at peak times (morning, noon and when school finishes)
  15. When leaving the guardhouse, report actions in personal Logbook as back-up
  16. Perform any other assignments as assigned by School Authorities.
