Phase 2 - Pavilion & Elementary Buildings

In February 2025, NIST opened the Pavilion Building, a welcoming new school entrance that features The Lounge, meeting rooms, and a state-of-the-art Lecture Hall, supporting professional learning and community engagement.

In August 2025, NIST International School proudly completed Phase 2 of its campus development plan, marking a major milestone in our journey to enhance learning environments and community spaces.

The two new purpose-built Elementary Buildings, nearly double the size of our former  elementary learning spaces, include a bespoke two-level Elementary Library, three Makerspace areas, a Learning Kitchen, a Science Lab, and a dedicated Elementary Gymnasium, all designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and curiosity.

A series of link bridges now connect the Elementary Buildings with the Innovation, Pavilion, and Creative Arts Buildings, creating a seamless and accessible campus for students and staff.

Together, these developments reflect NIST’s continued commitment to providing innovative, sustainable, and interconnected spaces that promote well-being, learning, and a sense of belonging for all members of our school community.

Campus Development Plan

The redesign and redevelopment of the NIST campus is to meet the future needs in terms of learning spaces, health and safety, security and creating greater efficiencies.

Phase 1

The new Innovation Building houses our 350 seat state-of-the-art Black Box Theatre, drama studios and World Language classrooms

Phase 3

Phase 3 will see us realise the potential of our new buildings, creating learning spaces that enrich and challenge our students.
