Phase 3 - Campus Development Plan
The ongoing and future phases of campus development are designed to strengthen learning, wellbeing, and the NIST community for years to come. Sustainability, accessibility, and flexibility of learning spaces remain at the heart of every design decision. Natural light, open walkways, adaptable learning spaces and green views are prioritised to create calm, welcoming, and focused environments. These spaces are designed not only to meet the needs of learners today but to grow and adapt alongside approaches to teaching and learning in the future.

Campus Development Plan
The redesign and redevelopment of the NIST campus is to meet the future needs in terms of learning spaces, health and safety, security and creating greater efficiencies.
Phase 1
The new Innovation Building houses our 350 seat state-of-the-art Black Box Theatre, drama studios and World Language classrooms
Phase 2
Two new purpose-built Elementary Buildings and a new Pavilion Building welcoming the school community.
