Job Description

  • Process and verify the following:
    a) Monthly refundable deposits for students
    b) School promissory note interest payable
    c) Withholding tax to comply with tax legislation
    d) Reimbursement of expenses and clearing of business advances
  • Perform reconciliation on a monthly basis for:
    a) Banks reconciliation
    b) Accounts payable
  • Conduct data entry, reconciliation, fixed assets registration and physical counts as assigned from time to time for property control
  • Manage petty cash fund
  • Provide all details to support notes to financial reports
  • Assist Director of Finance and Accounting, Accounting Manager and Assistant Accounting Manager in preparing special reports as requested
  • Complete other accounting jobs as assigned by Assistant Accounting Manager and Accounting Manager

Qualification

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Two or more years of experience in accounting work
  • Service-minded, hardworking and high degree of responsibility
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite
  • Good English communication skills, both oral and written
