Role and Responsibility

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and ensuring that all processes comply with agreed policy Responsible for entering payment data to Accounting program
  • Filing payment documents and maintaining good document retention
  • Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly closing
  • Conducting monthly reconciliation of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
  • Monitoring and reconciling inventory transaction and leading the physical inventory count
  • Actively seeking ways to improve the Accounts Payable process
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Finance director and Accounting manager as required

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required, CPA qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting
  • High responsibility, service-minded, hardworking and able to solve problems independently
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in computer MS Word, Excel
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written
