General Responsibilities

  • Report to Programme Coordinators
  • Liaise and support in event coordination (events during the weekdays and weekends)
  • Liaise and support in group meetings
  • Liaise and support in communications of community partners – exploring possibilities working together with students
  • Liaise and support in logistical preparation of activities/events
  • Liaise and support in logistical preparation of local and international trips, and attend trips where possible
  • Support in the organization and attending inter-schools events
  • Liaise and support in ensuring Child Safeguarding policy paperwork together with coordinators when working with community partners
  • Manage timely posts received, communicate with stakeholders ensuring completion of feedback loop
  • Support and attend related training, meetings and retreats
  • Ongoing tracking and monitoring progress of students
  • Ensure communications and internal branding aligned to global guidelines
  • Provide programmatic support
  • Provide roll out logistics support
  • Support in keeping all sections of school and international forums informed of developments of the program and impact across school

 

Financial Responsibilities

  • Liaise and support in financial transactions with Finance Team as required for various purposes
  • Attend meetings ensuring transaction and logistical perspective

 

Logistics & Systems

  • Liaise with Extra Curricular office on an ongoing basis to ensure attendance details reflect actuals
  • Liaise with  IT and Secondary office to support IT system updates on a regular basis (calendar, internal deadlines, achievements, portfolios)
  • Ensure that the technical requirements of the program are met, including electronic portfolios, report cards and transcripts
  • Liaise with the IT together and other stakeholders for awards, letters & other documentation at appropriate levels
  • Provide data support
  • Manage classrooms on school IT systems
  • Act as a liaison for parents for all matters concerning individual students

 

Web Based

  • Liaise and support in keeping websites up-to-date, and portals highlighting/celebrating student achievement (publications, reviews, more)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Thai
  • Experience with service engagement and non-profit organization would be a plus
  • Well-organized with high flexibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in budget controlling is preferable
  • Teaching experience is an advantage
  • Competent in computer operations
