Duties for Digital Marketing & Communications Executive

Document Chelsea Football Club (CFC) events and by taking photographs & videos

  • Take regular photographs & videos of CFC sessions and upload to CFC website, social media and for poster boards as per CFC brand guidelines
  • Capture International Development Centre culture and community through unique photographs & videos (i.e., story telling through photography) and publish via CFC online portals as well as sharing throughout the NIST community
  • Convert media to differing formats
  • Record and archive video programmes
  • Take stock shots on request
  • Retouch photos to maximize emotional impact

Manage & update CFC online portals

  • Update CFC IDC BKK website with latest news, events, marketing material and sign-up information
  • Update CFC social media accounts; Facebook & Instagram on a daily basis
  • Sort & file high quality images that meet CFC brand guidelines on CFC online database

Development of marketing materials

  • Use Adobe Photoshop to create CFC event flyers in both English & Thai
  • Use iMovie to create CFC event and marketing videos for publication via online portals and as part of CFC presentations
  • Develop unique tournament, event and programme material
  • Support the development of CFC digital resources for player & coach development programmes
  • Liaise with local media to advertise and promote CFC events in the press
  • Physical marketing of CFC sessions; flyer drops at sessions, morning activations at schools, support the delivery of school assemblies (target based)

Community Development

  • Source opportunities for CFC to promote brand in the local community (target based)
  • Refresh poster boards internally & externally throughout CFC community
  • Physical marketing of CFC sessions; flyer drops at sessions, morning activations at schools, support the delivery of school assemblies (target based)

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field or University Student
  • High level of fluency in written & spoken English is essential
  • Advanced photography & videography skills, including an understanding of lighting and composition, editing and hardware
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and preferably other programs in the Adobe suite
  • High degree of computer skills, including management of photo databases
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • People-oriented professional with positive attitude
  • Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of branding principles is desirable
  • Ability to plan own workload and to deliver work efficiently and on time
  • Flexibility to work unsocial hours as per the needs of the business
