Job Description

  • Coordinate all aspects of both local and overseas field trips and sports trips (accommodation, transportation, meals, tickets and emergency plans)
  • Organize daily school transportation service
  • Coordinate with school drivers to accomplish required tasks
  • Handle all purchase request (PR) processes for the entire school, both academic and non-academic as a secondary task
  • Coordinate with teachers, staff and concerned departments—including the Accounts Department—for data entry, processing and payment arrangement
  • Responsible for local and overseas goods purchasing to ensure timeliness, while also comparing prices to ensure value and quality
  • Ensure that all purchasing transactions comply with established policies and procedures
  • Maintain close communication with requestors to keep them informed of the status of purchase orders and delivery timelines

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality with Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Materials and Logistics
  • Fluent in English both communication and written
  • Good computer skills with strong organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in problem-solving & service minded
  • Able to travel with students domestically and overseas
  • Able to coordinate with various departments and work as a team
