Professional Learning at NIST

We are dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous professional growth, ensuring that every educator thrives as a lifelong learner. Our comprehensive professional learning programme includes individualised learning budgets, strategically aligned development plans, and access to regional workshops. Four professional learning days are allocated annually for collaborative learning experiences and feature sessions led by our dedicated and experienced teachers through the Teachers Teaching Teachers initiative. By investing in our educators, we strengthen learning across the school and equip young people with the knowledge, skills, understandings, and dispositions they need to navigate an increasingly interconnected and complex world.
